The NSE website displays Volume and Open Interest data in terms of contracts, whereas on Sensibull we represent them in terms of contracts * lot size of the underlying (denominated in lakhs)

Let’s look at this with the help of an example:

Suppose for NIFTY 25000 CE, the volume is 15,000 and the Open Interest is 1,30,000. The values on Sensibull will be:

Volume on Sensibull (in Lakhs)  = Volume on NSE * Lot size of underlying

                                                  = 15,000 * 25

                                                  = 3,75,000.

i.e. 3.75L on Sensibull.

Similarly with Open Interest

Open Interest on Sensibull (in Lakhs)  = Open Interest on NSE * Lot size of underlying

                                                          = 1,30,000 * 25

                                                          = 32,50,000.

i.e. 32.5L on Sensibull.

Note: Sensibull's Option Chain is real-time on broker logins and delayed by 1 minute on Google login. Please note that the NSE option chain refreshes once every 3 minutes. Hence, OI values might not match 1:1 between NSE and Sensibull.
