- For the 1-month plan: Sensibull one-month plans can be refunded only up to 7 days after the date of purchase.
- For Longer Term Plans (longer than 1 month): Sensibull Plans can be refunded only up to 30 days after the date of purchase. The refund will be calculated on the non-discounted price of the Pro Plan (i.e. 944 per month) on a pro-rata basis.
In both cases, the refund will be issued on a pro-rata basis. i.e. The refund will be issued after deducting the amount for the number of days the plan was used. For example, when you initiate a refund 5 days after purchasing a one-month plan worth ₹944, the refund amount will be ₹791.74.
Calculation
Considering a month with 31 days, we will first calculate the per-day price of the plan:
i.e. 944/31 = 30.45
The subscription cost for 5 days is 30.45 x 5 = 152.25.
This amount will be deducted from the total amount paid to get the refund amount of ₹791.74.
