- For 1-month plans: pro-rata refund will be processed if you reach out to Sensibull support team within 7 days of the plan purchase.
- For Longer Term Plans (longer than 1 month): pro-rata refunds will be processed if you reach out to Sensibull support team within 30 days of the plan purchase.
The pro-rata calculation for these plans will be based on a one-month plan rate and not as per the discounted rate.
The refund will be issued after deducting the amount for the number of days the plan was used. For example, when you initiate a refund 5 days after purchasing a one-month plan worth ₹944, the refund amount will be ₹791.74.
Calculation
Per day cost of the plan: 944/31 = 30.45
The subscription cost for 5 days: 30.45 x 5 = 152.25.
This amount will be deducted from the total amount paid to get the final refund amount of ₹791.74.
